What we collect
- Account: your email address, to sign you in and track your decode credits.
- Uploaded photos: manual images you upload are sent to our AI provider to generate instructions. They are processed to produce your result and are not stored on our servers after processing.
- Saved manuals: if you keep a decoded result, the text output (not the photos) is stored in your account so you can reopen it.
- Payments: handled by Polar. We never see or store your card details.
Service providers
We share data only as needed with the providers that run ManualAI: Anthropic (AI processing of your images and questions), Supabase (authentication and database), Polar (payments), and Vercel (hosting). We do not sell your data.
Cookies
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. We don’t use advertising trackers.
Your data
You can delete saved manuals from your account at any time. To delete your account and associated data, email us.
