1. What ManualAI is
ManualAI is an AI tool that converts photos of instruction manuals — furniture, LEGO and building sets, puzzles, appliances, electronics, toys and more — into written step-by-step instructions. By using the service you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts
You need an account to decode manuals. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure.
3. Credits & payments
New accounts include a limited number of free decodes. Additional credits are sold as one-time packs or a monthly subscription. Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Polar, who handles billing and applicable taxes. One-time pack credits do not expire; subscription credits are allotted per billing period. You may cancel a subscription at any time and retain access through the end of the current period.
4. Acceptable use
Don’t upload content you don’t have the right to use, attempt to abuse or overload the service, or resell access without permission.
5. AI accuracy & safety
ManualAI can make mistakes. Instructions are generated by an AI model and may be incomplete or incorrect. Always cross-check against your original manual, especially for anything load-bearing, wall-mounted, or safety-critical. You assemble at your own risk and we are not liable for damage, injury, or loss resulting from use of the output.
6. Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior three months.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
